Shipping Policy
We ship nationwide across Nigeria and offer international shipping to select destinations. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Note: Free shipping is available on all orders over ₦250,000 within Nigeria. International orders may be subject to customs duties.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return.
- You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
- Carefully repack the item in its original packaging and ship it back.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
